Before the SBA, there was the Transit Police PBA, that Bob got his start. He was always a cops cop and never forgot that throughout his career in law enforcement. I wish him the very best in his retirement and may God bless him and his family. Floyd Holloway, former NYCTPBA Vice President

Bobby, I wish you many years of health and happiness in your retirement. It has been a pleasure and honor to be your friend, work with you within the NYCTPD, along side you as a Trustee on the PBA Security Benefits Fund, and the PBA Scholarship Fund. I can’t thank you enough for all the help you provided me in helping former Transit Cops and their families after their retirement and unfortunately their passing. You are a special kind of guy. God Bless you.

Bob, Just wanted to wish you nothing but the best in your retirement. Knowing you, it won’t be long before you will be doing things to continue helping others, no matter what that might be. I enjoyed our time working in Transit Dist2 as Sgt’s, and want to thank you for your help and advice afew years ago.
