Before the SBA, there was the Transit Police PBA, that Bob got his start. He was always a cops cop and never forgot that throughout his career in law enforcement. I wish him the very best in his retirement and may God bless him and his family. Floyd Holloway, former NYCTPBA Vice President

Bobby, I wish you many years of health and happiness in your retirement. It has been a pleasure and honor to be your friend, work with you within the NYCTPD, along side you as a Trustee on the PBA Security Benefits Fund, and the PBA Scholarship Fund. I can't thank you enough for all the help you provided me in helping former Transit Cops and their families after their retirement and unfortunately their passing. You are a special kind of guy. God Bless you.
